Cinematographic reporter , photographic director and documentary filmmaker.
I started my professional career in 1983 with TV Manchete, as a cameraman working on shows. In 1987 I moved to TV Globo where I worked in journalism for 22 years, as a Cinematographic reporter. I directed and did the photography for several major reporting series, journalistic coverage of milestones in the history of Brazil and the world.

For four months, I travelled through more than 17 countries, telling stories and showing the local and customs. The series was shown on the program Fantástico – 2004

Over 40 days, this documentary recorded a portrait of the Amazon Region, seen through the eyes of the poet and journalist Thiago de Mello.

For three months, I travelled around Brazil with the environmentalist Dener Giovanini, documenting the diversity of the Brazilian fauna and its incredible peculiarities. This documentary became a television series, shown on TV Globo’s Fantástico program. Recorded in HD
Projeto Ecos do Brasil – 2010 (Brazilian Ecological Project)
